Tommy came to my house and despite the decision not to go with you guys, Tommy was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely keep your company in mind for future services. KR, Anne

We called Ben Franklin on 8/12/26 regarding possible leaking toilets. Colin, lead plumber, responded on 8/13 and recommended toilet replacement after a thorough review of our plumbing system from intake to drainage, including the possibility of an outside leak and water quality. Due to our family commitments, Tommy came the next morning. He arrived with everything to do the job and completed the work faster than we expected. All of the staff we dealt with were informative, thorough and polite, and even amusing. We have used this company for several years and have been pleased with their quality workmanship and reliable recommendations. The new Toto toilets are amazing.

STEVE IS AWESOME. Five Stars – Excellent, Thorough, and Professional Service! Steve was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we made our decisions regarding our plumbing problems. We could not be happier with the results. He completely rebuilt our existing toilets (replacing the faulty fill and flush valves plus other issues) and installed a brand-new, ADA-compliant toilet perfectly. He was professional, and left everything spotlessly clean. It is a relief to have toilets working perfectly again—highly recommend Steve and Ben Franklin Plumbing services for any bathroom repairs or installations!

Elisha with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Bradenton was excellent from start to finish. He introduced himself professionally, respected my communication preferences, and kept me updated by text at every step. He explained the repair clearly, worked with me on pricing, and made sure I understood the warranty coverage before he left. He's genuinely nice, easy to communicate with, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. If you need plumbing work done in the Bradenton area, ask for Elisha. Skilled, honest, and easy to work with. I would absolutely call Benjamin Franklin again.
