Elisha was very polite and on time. And he was super quick and efficient. He cleaned up so well it was better than before. He also had a great toilet with him so he was able to install the new toilet on the spot.

Elisha installed multiple toilets in four units of our condominium. He did a thorough job handling the removal of the old toilets and installation of the new toilets. He cleaned up the toilet rooms after each installation and left the rooms in prime condition. Before leaving, he tested them to verify the toilets worked as promised. On November 18th, 2025 Benjamin Franklin Plumbing sent Julio Badillo to repair my kitchen faucet and sprayer. After arriving Julio went right to work. He diagnosed the problem, gave me options and explained everything in detail. Julio installed a new faucet and sprayer. I was very grateful and relieved. Julio was polite, professional and a very skilled plumber. I thoroughly enjoyed having him at my home. Julio demonstrated genuine concern, respectfully answered my questions and solved my plumbing issue. Brian was prompt and very helpful in helping to get a water heater replaced. He explained the process, pricing and he was able to get a technician to my house for same-day installation. The tech was courteous and cleaned up and removed all old equipment.
