Keevon Jones was great!! Master plumbing skills show. He was a little late the first day but it's Atlanta traffic right? 🤷🏻♀️. Otherwise great great job. Master skills are evident. He was nice, pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable. Everything was done well and on my schedule. I would definitely hire him again and pleased with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing with my first experience. He even took the old faucet and garbage disposal.

Carter came out to my clinic today to address one of our exam room sinks not flowing. Quickly found the issue and repaired it with ease. Explained what happened and gave some tips to problem check, if it ever happens again. Very fair and affordable guys. Will definitely recommend these guys to a few of my colleagues.

David was awesome made great recommendation on replacement of my hot water heater, AO Smith signature series. He also gave me a crash course/education on the type of PVC I have and why it's good enough for my property. I will be calling these guys again fornany plumbing needs and requesting him specifically.

Repeat customer. Carter and Keevon were very responsive to our needs. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. Hopefully we won't need them again in the future, but if we do, we will use them again.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. On time, great work and price, honest and informative. David was my plumber and kept me in the loop of every step he made, with pictures too. I had to have a new water line put in. Called on a Thursday night when I was made aware of it, 9pm, 3000 gallons of water loss by that point. They answered and helped me until the next day. David came first thing in the morning and installed a temp line, it busted and David came back to replace it. When all good with 811, the line was fixed permanently in 1 day! Also, David really helped me out by just being kind during this stressful situation and I needed kindness! Will use them again for sure - you should too!
