I called for a repair under the kitchen sink on Tuesday and scheduled for Thursday. The service called back and were able to come Tuesday afternoon and I gladly accepted. The two gentleman explained the problem and quickly had it repaired. The service men were polite, highly efficient, and left everything clean. They also explained prices as they went. Excellent customer service as always. Thanks!

Absolutely amazing professionals. They were there 30 minutes before the earliest estimated arrival time at the time we set the appointment. It was great watching how quick and competent they were. 3 times we've had the same exceptional team of guys, and if we ever have a problem again we hope they're the crew Ben Franklin sends!

Dewayne arrived exactly on time and reviewed the work we had requested. The price was fair, and we had him start immediately. He quickly repaired a cracked pipe in the crawl space and then cleaned out several drains throughout the house. He kept the work area clean and even wiped out the kitchen cabinet when done. He was very professional and worked diligently. I highly recommend him and this company.

Someone showed up within an hour and had my hot water heater fixed soon after. I called at 2:36 and the repairman (Nick) left my house at 4:04. He was very professional and friendly. I will definitely be using this company again if I need a plumber.

We are fortunate to have Josh and Tanner as our professionals from Ben Franklin. Our 100 year-old Home has been a challenge, but these two have been here to solve our Problems, and we have been grateful. Everyone involved in this company that we’ve met have been fantastic. It’s been a challenge to find professionals at all, but everyone from this company communicates very well, and they are committed to never break a promise.
