Rudy from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out to fix a leak on our pressure tank, and I’m pretty sure the tank is now healthier than I am. What started as an impressive indoor water feature turned out to be a cracked PVC component on our pressure tank. Rudy quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in plain English, and had it repaired with a new upgraded part before I could start pricing out swimming lessons for the basement. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions about other plumbing projects, including a shower remodel and sewage pump replacement. There was zero pressure, just honest advice and clear explanations. The repair was done right, the leak is gone, and the pressure tank is back to doing its job instead of auditioning for a role in a Bellagio fountain show. If the rest of our plumbing projects move forward, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing will be getting the first call. Five stars for Rudy and the team. Fast service, great communication, and most importantly, my basement is no longer trying to become waterfront property.

There were multiple areas needing attention in my home that had been ignored for a long while. Ryder came early and managed to fix, and/or replace some very old plumbing in various rooms all in one visit. He was polite, courteous and cleaned up after done working.
