Corbyn was prompt, professional, friendly, and courteous. He was upfront about the costs of the repairs and did quality work. I'm happy to have a working garbage disposal and a sink that drains effectively! I would definitely recommend him! I also had a great experience when my water heater sprung a leak a few years ago. I think it was Casper that came to the rescue! He was amazing at answering all my naive questions. I've been very pleased with Benjamin Franklin.

The tankless water heater, sump pump, toilet rebuild, and water softener/filter installations were completed satisfactorily with no major issues reported. There was a minor concern regarding residual water near the carbon filter which I cleaned up so probably leftover water from the installation. I will continue to monitor that. Additionally, some debris from the toilet rebuild was found in the bathtub and on the floor.

Excellent service was informed by Casper and Dilan on all areas of installation's both very professional and knowledgeable . Gus was the technician who was came out for the initial inspection very professional and knowledgeable answered all of our questions highly recommend these guys UPDATE 3 days later no hot water ERROR CODE on machine. Hunter came out the next day explaining it was a common installation mistake where construction debris can occasionally get stuck in vents he cleared out the vents reset the machine back up and running in 20 minutes. Hunter explained everything he was doing and completed a inspection of the system very prompt professional and knowledgeable

Gus was super helpful and friendly. He got the job done quickly. Would have given 5 stars except it is not a free estimate if they charge a 59$ service fee to even come out.

Rudy and Tim were absolute professionals. They arrived, asked questions, provided feedback on suggestions and went straight to work. The finished product was exceptional. Would definitely recommend and utilize Ben Franklin for any future plumbing requirements.
