We used Ben Franklin for a clogged drain. We had never used them before and the ease of booking an appointment online for the same day was fantastic. Two very polite and friendly young men came and did a great job. The task turned out to be a much bigger challenge than expected and they kept us informed as to what they were doing and why it was taking some extra time. We really appreciated this and we felt the bill was very fair.

Ben Franklin’s,Matt, did a terrific job making our old bathroom new. He could do the plumbing and tiling and solved all of our issues. I liked all the ideas he had. 5 star job.

From the minute Tom showed up at our home he was professional and showed our home and family respect. Tom was completely transparent through the diagnosis process, and explained to me the plan of attack. With his decades of experience he was able to fix the issue, and you could see the pride he takes in his job. I will never use another plumbing company, and I don't say this lightly. Oakley and Associate were excellent. Courteous and very helpful with details as to what they were doing. The work looked great, they were informative so I fully understood what they did. Asked if I had additional question. Very much appreciated and will certainly call Ben Franklin next time. Actually, Oakley came back to clear the kitchen sink screen in the faucet after we thought we had lost water pressure. Took care of it quickly. We're glad we called your company. Clark Cary

Trevor was great. He was prompt on the initial service call and gave me a good explanation of the quote and what was needed to fix the plumbing issues. In addition himself and his company worked with myself and my home warranty company that were being a pain. Even though Benjamin Franklin usually doesn't fill these types of forms out for customers but they did and I greatly appreciate Trevor and the whole team as well as Kate for their patience with my emails and request of information. Truly great service.
