Initially called for a water heater issue and he went above and beyond, taking the time to answer our questions and provide detailed information and options. No hard sell or pressure, just shared honest expert opinion. We went with his recommended solution and install day was a breeze, very prompt, efficient and super clean job! Tom was prompt and conscientious. Removed old sink and faucet and installed new. Also replaced stops by sinks and toilet. The area was left clean and everything put back in place. I will call again, the next time I need any plumbing assistance.
