Jimmy did a great job fixing a gas leak that was located in a tight space. He also replaced 2 hose bibs - one of which had its connection located in a very cramped ceiling space. He arrived on time and was very professional. I will use Benjamin Franklin plumbing again if I need plumbing services in the future.

I'm very happy with the received service. Nick Ziembo was very punctual and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and immediately fixed it. He also recommended a long-term solution to address the high water pressure, Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) and water main connection issues in the underground water manhole.
