Problem was a frozen nut holding a failed soap dispenser. Tech quickly determined the best solution was to cut the shaft off at the top. Neatly did job without any damage to granite surfaces. Entire job took less than 15 min including installation of new dispenser. Tech was prompt and courteous . Would definitely use him again

Company never should've sent him by himself He was very professional. Showed me and explained each problem he encountered He had to manage equipment up and down stairs by himself Problem turned out to be more complex than my request indicated. Not qualified as to his plumbing abilities but very pleased with his follow through I was very happy with his professional.

Sylus was amazing. Best plumbers! You know you hire plumber and expect a whole list of stuff you will need that you don’t actually need. I was also not expecting him to be able to replace what I needed since many have tried. Sylus came in like a hero. Big cuddly giant and opened the pipe in minutes. Love him
