Buck was on time and did a great job assessing the situation. He was able to assess the situation and found that I did not need a new part after all. And since he didn't have to change a part out and had the time, he offered to complete another plumbing item on my list that I had asked him about. I was very pleased with his work and his professionalism!

Overall, positive experience with Benjamin Franklin. Our technician, Jason did an outstanding job of troubleshooting a very difficult and tiny leak. I appreciate that he didn’t give up, found, and repaired the leak in a short time at a reasonable cost. Would not hesitate to use Ben Franklin, and request Jason again.

Super customer service. Booked an appointment and the company called 30 minutes before and then texted a short biography of our technician. Adam was fantastic. Polite and answered all of my questions. Fixed the leak. My wife and I are very happy with the results.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of service and work from the Ben Franklin Plumbing team! Adam went above and beyond with both our 80 gal. water heater and kitchen faucet replacements. First, he kept the old water heater limping along until the new one could be ordered and installed. Second, he noted and corrected a number of issues with the original plumbing work (both at the water heater & under the kitchen sink) to avert any potential future problems. Adam is very knowledgeable and experienced, provided a detailed estimate of the costs, answered all my questions, and thoroughly explained his work throughout the entire process.
