Our technician Adam Seefong was absolutely wonderful today. Completely resolved the problem we were having with lack of water and explained Very clearly how to prevent it from happening in the future. he showed me all the systems affecting water, well, heat pump, and pipes all throughout the basement. I’m so much more knowledgeable now and feel so much more confident and handling future problems in this old house and I feel like we can better prepare for any changes we might need to make. I suspect the Benjamin Franklin plumbing company already knows how good this guy is. Thank you, Adam! Buck is THE BEST! He is always ready to help and has done an outstanding job setting up whole new plumbing at our cabin, even though there were challenges and unique situations, he was able to work through solutioning what was needed without a hitch. We can't imagine working with anyone else!

Buck was on time and did a great job assessing the situation. He was able to assess the situation and found that I did not need a new part after all. And since he didn't have to change a part out and had the time, he offered to complete another plumbing item on my list that I had asked him about. I was very pleased with his work and his professionalism!

These guys Benjamin Franklin Plumbing are so easy to work with and highly professional and highly competent. A year ago they installed a new tankless water heating system That has run very well. On this visit, we had One bathroom that was only partially getting any water at all. They diagnosed issue and did not stop until it was resolved. Cody is an exceptional plumbing problems solver
