Jake and Will were amazing, they worked in a tight space on a dirty stinky job and provided great customer service. I especially appreciated being kept informed and getting answers to all my questions, great quality work and they went above and beyond. They deserve a huge shout out!

Great experience all around, as they have been to my house on several different occasions. Brad and Jake both were very helpful, and knowledgeable! I appreciate all they have done to help with our plumbing issues! I would highly recommend this company.

Edwin came out as a complimentary service because of my last appointment with Mister Sparky, an electrician. Edwin was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining various issues and services to me. He even fixed something my last plumber did wrong as a complimentary service. Very happy to have found Ben Franklin plumbing and Edwin!

Purchased a gas hot-water heater from this company two years ago. One of their plumbing specialists, Jake Morris, has done my complimentary annual flush both years since. Very professional, does quality work and also a great guy! I don't even remember how I found Ben Franklin Plumbing, I think I might have just googled providers when I needed a new hot-water heater. But I have been extremely happy with the service they have provided from the get-go, especially with the benefits that come along with it such as the free annual flush and even a free home-electrical inspection by one of their partner companies. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs! I only wish I would have known about them sooner.

Ben Franklin Plumbing is a great company! They were easy to schedule and performed timely service. They explained everything they did and listed out all the options for water heater repair and replacement. Phenomenal customer service. Would highly recommend using them for any plumbing needs!
