Our technician arrived on time and when promised. He answered our questions and concerns. Even when the issue resurfaced a day later, they were quick to come back out and found a second leak. All fixed! The staff is very respectful.

Was in an emergent situation that needed addressed as quickly as possible. Cody came out that morning and started the same day. I am so thankful for the job they done! I would recommend them any day!

Buck was on time and did a great job assessing the situation. He was able to assess the situation and found that I did not need a new part after all. And since he didn't have to change a part out and had the time, he offered to complete another plumbing item on my list that I had asked him about. I was very pleased with his work and his professionalism!

Overall, positive experience with Benjamin Franklin. Our technician, Jason did an outstanding job of troubleshooting a very difficult and tiny leak. I appreciate that he didn’t give up, found, and repaired the leak in a short time at a reasonable cost. Would not hesitate to use Ben Franklin, and request Jason again.

Super customer service. Booked an appointment and the company called 30 minutes before and then texted a short biography of our technician. Adam was fantastic. Polite and answered all of my questions. Fixed the leak. My wife and I are very happy with the results.
