I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing twice so far. Sean McDonough was the Plummer both time. First time I called he came the same day. The next time I called, he came the day after I called. He explained what I needed, showed me different options and prices. After the work was completed, he not only showed me what he did, but also explained everything he did. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The service was exceptional both time. I am well pleased and will be using them in the future if need arises.

Setting up the service was super easy and they were able to send someone out the very next day, which was awesome. The communication was top-notch—we got text updates letting us know exactly when Sean would arrive, which made the whole process stress-free. Sean was fantastic. His prices were very reasonable, and you could tell right away he really knew his stuff. He got two of our toilets fixed in about half an hour and, even better, he walked us through what to do moving forward so we don’t run into the same problems again. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and never made us feel rushed. It’s rare these days to find someone who is quick, professional, and also takes the time to make sure you feel taken care of.
