Although we didn’t get to meet Chase, we appreciated him taking care of our rental property! Our renter remarked about how professional and courteous he was. He listened to what they thought and all concerns. As a landlord, we appreciated that he provided a picture from under the house to prove everything was dry. I had a busted water main in my front yard. Not only were they the lowest quote I got but they were the only ones who offered me a 20-year warranty. They were also able to do it with the minimal amount of damage to my yard and they were able to get to it very promptly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

We had a major breakage of a pipe in our front yard and we had no water. I called Benjamin Franklin and everybody was super professional and nice someone was able to come out and look at it that day and the next morning they responded and fixed it. Troy was our main contact and the person who came out to do the repair. He was amazing. I highly recommend this company.

The team at Benjamin Franklin did a wonderful job. The front desk/dispatchers made the process so easy. Chase came out for a water heater and house filtration system and was professional. The install has been complete for a few weeks and everything is running great.
