Jeremy was very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and was able to inspect and evaluate the plumbing problem and resolve the issues. I was very satisfied with the service. May 7, 2024. Jeremy was very pleasant . He was on time .and he was able to troubleshoot a problem that I was having with my tankless water heater . The problem was not having any hot water.. He was able to resolve the issue and now I have hot water. He did an outstanding job. May 16,2024.

Chris Bonnell was absolutely fantastic. In five seconds, he fixed a boiler issue that Len the Plumbers couldn’t address with two crews. Len just said it needed to be replaced for $5k. Chris also said it will need replacing soon, but knew exactly how to get it working again, showed me how to troubleshoot it in the future, and explained pricing options from low to high for when we replace the unit. Amazing competence.

Chris from Ben Franklin Plumbing was great. He arrived when promised. He promptly gave me an estimate of the cost of the work to be done. He was very careful and considerate in not creating a mess. He explained what he was doing and why. He was very professional in his demeanor. It appears that the repair he performed was well done.
