Oakley and Associate were excellent. Courteous and very helpful with details as to what they were doing. The work looked great, they were informative so I fully understood what they did. Asked if I had additional question. Very much appreciated and will certainly call Ben Franklin next time. Actually, Oakley came back to clear the kitchen sink screen in the faucet after we thought we had lost water pressure. Took care of it quickly. We're glad we called your company. Clark Cary

Tom Olsen from Ben Franklin plumbing did an excellent job at my house today. I asked him to replace 2 faucets and check the shut offs. I also asked him to fix a toilet that was running every few hours and to check the connections for the washer. The shut off didn't work on the washer connections, but it does now. He showed me the inner working of all the repairs. I now have peace of mind that nothing will go wrong.

Needed a new water heater. Gave me an estimate and installed new unit that day. Friendly technician, Oakley, did a great job. Fast, clean. Careful. Will have them over again when I need plumbing work

Tom did an outstanding job of getting of cutting a vac. stop off a picket and saving us from having to do inside ceiling work for picket. He was concerned for our house and gave $ saving practical ideas.
