Oakley and Associate were excellent. Courteous and very helpful with details as to what they were doing. The work looked great, they were informative so I fully understood what they did. Asked if I had additional question. Very much appreciated and will certainly call Ben Franklin next time. Actually, Oakley came back to clear the kitchen sink screen in the faucet after we thought we had lost water pressure. Took care of it quickly. We're glad we called your company. Clark Cary

I loved the helpfulness from Chase when I called - and he got Tom to come out so fast 45 minutes!! The same day ! He came in and offered me a wonder choice for a new water softener- he was so nice and friendly and did an awesome job - I love this company and the workers. !!!

Oakly was here to check our water heater. He drained it as it had accumulated a significant amount of sediment. He was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and personable! Even though not needed yet, he provided information able tankless options for the future (which I was curious about. Overall, great experience with him and One Hour, as usual! They are highly recommended!

Helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, on time, friendly, neat, clean, respectful. I love working with this company & I wouldn’t choose anyone else. Always great service! I’ve used them across 3 homes now for furnace, ac, Freon leak, maintenance, inspections, installations, plumbing repairs, leaks, new plumbing tank installs, etc. I like that they send you a picture of who to expect at your door. Cory is great, but so is the rest of the team! Thank you AGAIN! 😁
