When Austin McCoy showed up he knew he was doing gas line for a generator, but there was information he was not aware of, but he was a Trooper, and did what he needed to do in order to get the job done right, and in a professional manner. He left left the site, got the supplies he needed to do the job right, then returned, explained what he was going to do, with my agreement, he set off and got straight to work. Austin went above and beyond what I exspected, which is really what I exspected. The installation was GREAT, clean looking, and VERY professional job. If I had a question he answered it and continued to work. All I can say he did a Fabulous job, I am ecstatic. Thanks again Austin

Leroy was friendly and efficient. He explained everything he was doing. He was very helpful in explaining the importance of installing a filter system. Leroy installed the filter system. He is meticulous in his work. He did not leave until the system was working correctly with all the faucets. It gives me peace of mind to have someone who is so skilled, respectful and friendly.

Dwayne was exceptionally friendly and incredibly helpful. Dwayne showed true integrity, a lost concept these days. Dwayne assessed my issue and understood my somewhat dire situation with sincere compassion. I have put countless hours/money into solving the problem prior to his arrival and he made great effort into helping my discover a solution that would not exacerbate the money drain that I have suffered recently. Cody C. From Benjamin Franklin was amazing! He came out on a Sunday afternoon and fixed the builders mistake. He talked me through everything he was doing and made sure I was ok with it before he did it. He cleaned up after himself as well! Thank you so much for coming out on your time off and fixing pulte/centex’s issue. We will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing issues.

I called after hours for my 80 year old neighbor whose kitchen sink drain was clogged and burst open leaving gallons and gallons of dirty water throughout her kitchen. My husband said call Benjamin Franklin. The on call plumber, Cody, answered and was on site in 30 minutes. He had explained the after hours rate prior to coming. He was polite and kind, a very hard worker and skilled plumber. Cody was very respectful of my neighbor and her home. He worked diligently amongst the nightmarish mess AND cleaned up afterwards. He had a really nice way of dealing with us older women as well. Additionally, he was very complimentary about the company he works for. He said they treat their employees better than any company he’s ever worked with. We are so grateful that Cody was the on call last night. We can’t thank him enough ! What a great young man , with plumbing skills !
