Ben Franklin plumbing is smart, they give free estimates and have hot water heaters on their truck. But the over the top service was outstanding. Ask for, “ Greg Brett “, he put in a new water heater, no problem. Other companies were frustrating. Mr.Bretz was so helpful informative and promptly took on the task with great skill. I was so pleased and confident in his work, I had him do several other jobs that needed to be done. I am a happy customer.

Joe is very knowledgeable, and can translate water-well-speak into an easily understood American English. While I hate having to pay this amount for my well equipment, Joe made the expense very understandable and reasonable. He's a good man and you're lucky to have him on your payroll. Greg was AMAZING and professional. Setting up appointment and updates were excellent. I felt pricing slightly more than I thought it would cost but in the end it worked out and I was totally informed. I understand what is going on with my home as far as pipes are concerned. Greg was kind and efficient and a pleasure to have as my plumber.

Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing needing a new (Gas) hot water heater quick. Greg showed up ahead of time window. He discussed our options with us. Once decided on water heater Greg went to work removing old heater and made quick work with installation of new water heater. Greg was in and out in a timely manner. Very pleased, up and running within few hrs.
