Dan & Seth from Benjamin Franklin plumbing did a great job! They were both professional, personable & easy to get along with too. I’ve had roots in my main toilet & am SO glad I called them to do the job! They had to pull the toilet, tear up the tile floor & a part of the slab. I expected a bigger mess, but the area is small & they cleaned all around it. Dan took a picture with his phone to show me that he’d pulled ALL the roots out, it is now completely clear!

As always they came right when they said they would, had all the needed tools and skills to get the job done right and in a timely manner. The tech who came out was friendly and walked us through what was going on (even when we hit a little snag that was no fault of anyone's as the water outlet needed to be moved to make room for the toilet). We have used the several times and will continue to count on them for all our plumbing needs.

Wonderful, replacing underground water line from the street to the house. What a great crew, sorry I can't remember any names but they did a very professional, thorough, complete job ! On a cold January day arriving on time and finishing the same day. And the clean up afterwards was excellent in and outside the house. Like Super Hero's. Thanks a bunch guys !!

Toby was great! Quick and professional, and was very straightforward in explaining the problem. Also let us know about a potential issue with our HVAC system but didn’t push us to add that service on today or use a particular company, just informed us we should have it looked at soon to improve quality of service. We did sign up for their maintenance plan to help save on today’s repair as well as future service which we appreciated (again it was not pushed on us, just recommended). He treated us with respect, and did a great job which we appreciated.

Mike did a great job unclogging my kitchen sink. It was a messy job but he showed up right away the same day I called and he was polite and cleaned up everything before he left! I was totally impressed with the service from start to finish! I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! They are on it from the moment you call them!
