Kordell and Isaac were very punctual. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and great to be around. Took my old water heater out of the attic and installed the new one in record time. You guys are now my go to guys. Thanks for a job well done.

Matt came to our rescue quickly and took care of our spewing water faucets. He promptly identified the issue and ordered a new faucet. He also took care of issues in the bathroom while there. Thank you Matt! You’re the BEST!!!!

Matt was very good at looking for the reason we had odor issues. Checked roof vent pipes, under the house, etc. He found that there were drain lines under the house that were not reconnected properly. Will have remodel contractor address.

I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Cabot as a new client with a big (for me) problem.... an outside faucet spraying water like a cheap kiddie pool! Apparently, it was a victim of the NOT SO FUN Arkansas February Deep 🥶 Freeze. My bank account was a victim of my faulty memory and various illnesses that kept me from remembering to call a plumber during office hours 🙄🫣. But, last Thursday, 3/14, I called their office and explained my situation to the receptionist. It was a little after 11am, but she quickly told me that she would have a service man at my house by between 2pm and 4pm, the SAME DAY! I am delighted to share that Matt actually arrived just BEFORE 2pm!! A walk in to the backyard revealed my Lonoke Water Park💦 Faucet!! It was a little too chilly for any play time in the muddy puddle and cold spray though. Matt worked on the old brass faucet that has been adjusted waaay too many times since 1968, and long since lost it's knob. But he was able to find enough rings to turn to cut off the spray... and my hemorrhaging checking account 💰.... paying for my yard fountain!! He was finished in less than 5 minutes. And gave me an estimate as to the cost for replacing the faucet, on a future service call, when the water around the crawl space door dries up! When I told him that I had no idea about the back faucet leak, but knew that the front faucet has leaked since we bought the house, he checked it too. For once it wasn't leaking, although it was in the same beaten condition as the other faucet... knobless and battered. Matt gave me an estimate for the cost of replacement for the front faucet as well. And for the service call on Thursday to fix my broken faucet? No Charge!! ✋🏼 So Happy I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Cabot to the rescue! Will I call them to come back and do the repairs? Absolutely! I highly recommend these guys for your plumbing needs. They are rated at nearly 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ by all Reviewers, so I'm not a One example of exemplary service. I write lots of reviews. And I gather from the amount of times that they are read, that they have been found honest and trustworthy over the years. I'll trust Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Cabot for all my plumbing repairs from now on. They are on time, work on the issue -- without dragging out the time it takes, are courteous and fair with prices and estimates.
