Chad came to inspect our current water filtration system, and give us a quote on a new system. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and provided us with a variety of options while explaining what each components purpose is. We felt he was honest and trustworthy and didn’t try to up sale on items we didn’t need. We’re still deciding on what we’ll have installed so another review may be coming soon. Update: Had BF install a new home filtration system including a larger water pressure tank, UV filter, water softener, and sediment filters. Installation went with a few minor hiccups but the end we’re happy with our system and service!

Chad ways does an excellent job when he comes to service my heat pump and water filter system. This time I had a concern with the duration of the hot water supply. Chad found the issue, explained the problem and was able to repair the heat pump immediately. He also was helpful answering questions about my reverse osmosis water filter system.
