We most definitely would recommend Benjamin Franklin plumber, Michael, who did an excellent job for us this morning Wednesday, October 25, 2023. Michael came to our home and helped with an incomplete sink installation that a handyman started for us but never completed because the job was over his head. Michael completed the job. Plus, he is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He successfully installed the missing cup washer to our kitchen sink. We are happy with the quality work he provided us and we even discussed future plumbing upgrades that we will likely have him come back and do for us.

Well, this is a late review but better late than never. I want to thank both Cory Greenwood and Gene Morris for doing a very professional job fixing a toilet problem that a different plumbing company made much worse. They were very professional, cleaned up everything before they left and I couldn’t have been more impressed with both of them. Thank you, Cory and Gene for coming to my rescue when I had my toilet clogged/flooding incident due to a toilet that was broken by the previous plumbing company. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They may not be the cheapest in town, but remember, you get paid for. I won’t hesitate to use this company again should I ever have a need.

Big thank you to technicians Ben Masquelier and Kacey for their great service! They arrive on-time, are professional and friendly, quote the job and get to work. Work involved capping an unused gas line and routine maintenance on the water heater. It is a perfect experience. Thanks again to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

No one wants to hear about their cast iron pipes under their 60 yr old slab foundation needing to be replaced. Thankfully, Cory Greenwood took us through the process of replacing the old pipes step by step, using video of the inside of the pipes. Cory is experienced, an expert, in this field. He was very professional in presenting our options, helping us with a timetable on planning to get the work done. Ben Franklin Plumbing has been our choice for about 12 years. Not the cheapest plumbing company, but I know the work will be done right, it's guaranteed.

We’ve always had excellent experiences with Benjamin Franklin in the past (they’re our “go to” plumber choice), but our recent experience with Joe Molina has set that bar even higher. Joe came out to replace a balancing spool in our main shower. Not only did he take the time to listen to our issue and remove/replace the balancing spool (which wasn’t an easy task), but he was courteous and pleasant the entire time. We were also impressed with how much care he put into ensuring that he wasn’t tracking anything through the house. He also listened to several general plumbing questions that we had, and offered opinions and solutions. We ended up replacing our toilet in the guest bathroom as a result of his recommendation, which he was able to perform on the same day (we had considered replacing this toilet previously, but his recommendation convinced us to take the plunge). We can’t recommend Joe or Benjamin Franklin enough! We will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin again in the future, and have no hesitation in recommending them for your plumbing needs
