Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was everything I could’ve asked for and more. Ethan was so respectful and happy to answer all my questions!! He kept me updated through out the entire process & made sure I was informed of all my options. He definitely showed me he takes pride in his job and his attention to detail in his work shows! He replaced my shower handle stem and handle. Complete Install of a new main water shutoff with a pressure regulator valve, and an expansion tank, both of which entailed very restricting and difficult location and placement. Luckily Ethan’s positive attitude and efficient work relieved the stress of such a big, unexpected repair. Great experience. Absolutely happy with my choice. 100% recommend. 10/10.

Ethan came out to look a numerous separate issues. He was very friendly took his time with me explaining everything. Very knowledgeable and I have no doubt that when we are ready to proceed with the work it will be done correctly. He provided a detailed summary of everything we talked about with various options of how we could proceed. I did not feel pressured to go with more expensive options but rather advised about advantages/disadvantages of each. Will specifically request Ethan in future.

Ethan was Super nice. I ended up not needing him. I felt terrible that he didn’t get the message before he arrived. But he was so polite and understanding and let me know he would come back if I needed more help.

Chad Correll explained what happened, every step and the reason why it was being done. He cleaned up all the mess and was very courteous. Great personality and I would recommend him for any plumbing job!! Thanks Chad!

Joe was great. Showed up on time, took care to listen as I explained the issue we were having. He explained everything he found, and offered several suggestions on how we can move forward. Very happy with the visit and will definitely continue to use them!
