We had Jordan and Kyle come out to check for a possible gas leak from our tankless hot water heater. They were absolutely fabulous. They went under the house, checked all the connections, tested the system thoroughly. They were so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would have them a higher rating if I could. They put our minds at ease. We highly recommend them.

If you want your plumbing done professionally, accurately and transparently there’s no other place to go!!! Jordan Vogt came out and could not have done a better job he explained everything he was going to do in detail before it the work started and explained prices before they started to work so there were no surprises. I highly recommend to anyone in need of plumbing to contact them I highly doubt you will find anyone who does the job better!!!

Called Benjamin Franklin for an emergency situation and they had someone out within 2 hours. When Dalton arrived he was professional, courteous, and well mannered. He explained exactly what he wanted to do and got approval before doing any of the work, did all of the coordination to get what he needed, and even explained what caused the issue in the first place. Give Dalton a raise! The company stands behind their work and gave me a two year warranty on the repair. 10/10 recommend and will call them again if I need any work done!
