After 25 years of use, I had to replace my vacuum breaker assembly. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and asked them to help me with installing a new unit. I purchased a brand new one off Amazon, so I only needed them for the install. Mike Brown did a fantastic job at a fair price. They also performed the test that went to the city that showed the unit was doing its job. Thanks again for the quick turnaround! Pictures are the old unit and the new one. The thing that stood out to me the most was the quality of the install. The last one was a bit crooked. This one is level and looks amazing.

Just used BF Plumbing for the first time and was extremely pleased. Nick was very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue and have the repair completed all within a half hour. Reasonably priced as well. We will be using this company going forward.

He was courteous, professional, clean and did an excellent job giving me options and answering questions. Both jobs we booked were completed within 2 hours.
