Michael was professional, courteous, and detailed out what needed to be done. He gave us options of choosing just to do a smaller repair or to replace the entire water heater. He explained the cost before we went forward, and it was a very good experience. I would recommend Michael’s work highly. Upon completing the job he left the site in perfect condition, and he was probably one of the best plumbers we’ve ever had.

The Team at BF Plumbing jumped into action and resolved my issue in less than 24 hours. No extra charges just excellent service. The manager even called me to give me confidence in choosing the unit. Jared was at my house within 40 minutes of my call. He kept me informed all the way of what he was doing and did a very good job. He cleaned up after himself and I appreciate that. I have other plumbing things to take care of, and I will call them to do it.
