I wanted to commend Arthur and Art for the great job they did on Tuesday. Arthur was professional and knowledgable. He gave me a clear quote and got right to work! Dispatchers sent another technician to help him with the job and he was great too. They even worked through lunch! I am very impressed and happy with the job and will be calling and requesting Arthur for my future plumbing needs and referring my friends. Thanks again for the great job

I would like you to know how pleased and blessed I feel to have used your services. I had a slab leak in my garage with my hot water line. I live on social security disability and have little emergency savings. Slab leaks are not covered under homeowners insurance, only water damage is covered. My plumber was Sean P. and Larry was assisting, Shane, their manager, called the owner who approved a plan for me to afford the slab repair. Everyone was very kind, professional, courteous and very upfront about what to expect. The slab leak area was detected and repairs completed in a very timely manner. I have been telling everyone I know about how wonderful Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is and will continue to do so.
