Client Care Representative

This position answers incoming client telephone calls. Assists with the supervision and dispatching of all scheduled service and maintenance calls. Reports to the Call Center Manager.

Essential Functions:
- Answers incoming client telephone calls and recognizes that this is where the client will form their first impression of the company. Good communication with the client is essential! Has a courteous and pleasant demeanor whether on a phone call or not.
- Ensures that each telephone call is answered before the third ring and that the approved company greeting and script is used each time
- Notifies clients ahead of time without fail if the Plumber is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window
- Calls Agreement Membership clients, as scheduled service appointments should be booked to make up for any shortfall of repair calls

Minimum Training, Experience and Knowledge Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Above-average verbal and telephone communication skills are essential
- Must have good computer software skills
- Prior customer service experience preferred

Dispatcher

This position dispatches all service calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction.

Essential Functions:
- Manages the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move, servicing clients and generating revenue
- Makes every effort to compress call scheduling effectively maximizing productivity and revenue
- Notifies clients ahead of time without fail if the Plumber is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window
- Re-schedules appointment times at client’s convenience as necessary
- Communicates with the Purchasing and Warehouse Coordinator to help arrange efficient delivery of parts to Plumber
- Strictly adheres to the Dispatching for Profits Priority Service Schedule, to ensure the “Right” Plumber is sent to the “Right” appointment
- Shares responsibility to ensure that all Plumbers arrive at their designated appointments on time
- Debriefs with Plumbers upon completion of jobs to identify any outstanding client satisfaction issues
- Enters equipment type and age information for systems into SuccessWare

Minimum Training, Experience and Knowledge Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have good computer software skills
- Prior customer service experience preferred.

General Manager

The General Manager bears the ultimate responsibility for safety, P&L delivery, customer satisfaction and employee engagement, while upholding the ethical standards and reputation of the organization in the community.

Essential Functions:
- Ensures vehicles in fleet are maintained both mechanically and visually to company standards
- Develops and delivers business plans to achieve budgeted sales and required profits
- Completes/reviews Daily Management Report (DMR)
- Directly supervises the Operations and Administrative Teams of the business and Sales Leadership to ensure all established goals (operations, sales, safety, customer satisfaction, etc) are achieved
- Conducts performance reviews with each direct report and assists direct reports with holding their team members accountable to performance, behavior and attendance standards
- Places regular phone calls to customers to check on satisfaction
- Reviews payroll reports to ensure hours and pay are correct
- Inspects all field operations to ensure excellent service

Minimum Training, Experience and Knowledge Required:
- Advanced Degree and/or 5+ years of successful home services experience with a track record of increasing responsibility with past employers in the same or similar industry
- Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills

Lead / Junior Plumber

A lead or junior plumber serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing and replacing plumbing systems.

Essential Functions:
- Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call
- Wears floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
- Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed done right and eliminates unnecessary call backs after the job is finished
- Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Makes sure that they are 100% satisfied with all work
- Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
- Maintains vehicles that are neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times

Minimum Training, Experience and Knowledge Required:
- Junior Plumbers are considered training/apprentice level and typically do not operate their own truck
- Lead/Master Plumbers are considered the senior level and typically operate their own truck
- Lead & Junior Plumbers must have applicable certifications and licensing required by their state of residence

Operations Manager

This position requires a highly motivated leader whose primary focus is directing the service, repair and installation activities of the location; through superior service, he or she leads teams to achieve budgeted gross margin requirements.

Essential Functions:
- Supervises the training of staff, checking to ensure associates are meeting expected operational excellence standards – including 100% customer satisfaction
- Achieves the budgeted gross margin outlined in the Company Business Plan by supervising Plumbers and Purchasing & Warehouse Coordinator
- Meets with Plumbers regularly, making sure that the Plumbers are well-educated about their specific contributions necessary to achieve the Company Business Plan. Provide effective, ongoing technical and communication training
- Ensures that all production personnel comply with OSHA safety standards
- Ensures that the skills and information provided in the safety training sessions are applied in the workplace
- Protects the company’s assets. Monitors how the trucks, tools and inventory are handled

Minimum Training, Experience and Knowledge Required:
- Advanced Degree and/or 5+ years of successful home services industry operations experience
- Proven, superior customer service and sales abilities
